Hello! We are working on SIMPLEDOC - a new document management system for real office folks. Yes, we know, there are now a lot of DMS on the market, but we couldn't find any, which is made taking into account the real needs of back office people. So we decided to make it ourselves.
We keep cusdev phase always on, so any of the ideas coming from real DMS users is priceless. We would deeply appreciate if you send your needs, thoughts, ideas and feedback on the DMS you are using not.

Who we are
We are an international team of IT-professionals, analysts and... yes, back office managers located in Essen, Germany. Most of us have 20+ years experience of working in corporations all over the world. We've raised investments from a private company in 2021 and now we are piloting the solution in a couple of branches of international corporations.
No process will be efficient unless a person, executing this process, likes the tools. We are working to deliver this tools.
